Employers can support Weymouth College’s Careers Programme in a number of ways. These include offering experiences of the work place through insight days or half days, work experience or work shadowing.

Please email Careers Lead Sue Dafter on sue_dafter@weymouth.ac.uk if you can offer an opportunity for employer engagement with students.

Employers can also provide useful insights to the world of work by visiting the College to give talks, either general or vocationally specific, and have the opportunity of taking a stand at the College’s Careers Fair – see our Events page for full details.

We are also keen to engage in dialogue with employers to get feedback on the content of our Careers Programme. Please use the form below to offer let us know how we can improve what we offer to students through our Careers Programme. We are keen to deliver a programme that is relevant, adaptable and prepares our young people for the world of work.

Weymouth College is always looking to establish and build its relationships with employers, not only to improve Careers Education, Advice and Guidance, but to support, guide, train and inspire the next generation of employees.
