Deborah Hepburn – Senior Careers Adviser 

Deborah has worked as a Careers Adviser at Weymouth College since 2018. Qualified with a Level 7 Postgraduate Qualification in Careers Guidance, Deborah has experience of working with young people, HE students and graduates, adults and those exploring career changes. She has a wealth of experience having worked in the post 16 education sector for over 20 years both as a careers adviser and an A level teacher in Surrey. She is able to support students with all aspects of careers advice and guidance.

Kim Holman – Trainee IAG Advisor

Kim works within the careers team at Weymouth College to advise and inform students about their progression options and to support them to make informed decisions about their future and next steps. Kim supports the delivery of the Careers Education Programme, and has knowledge and expertise in higher education, apprenticeships and employment.
