In Short
This course is designed for those learners with ambitions for a career in holistic and the Beauty Industry. This course combines both body massage and anatomy & physiology and therefore would be suitable for individuals who are new to complementary therapies and have not studied within this field previously.
Entry Requirements
Completion of an application form and an informal interview/discussion with Beauty Therapy specialists is required prior to enrolment. You may be required to undertake diagnostic tests prior to acceptance on the course.
Course Content
You will develop a range of practical massage skills, plus underpinning knowledge. Your practical skills will initially be developed by working with fellow students and subsequently by working with a variety of models and clients.

How will I be assessed?
VTCT Health & Safety exam and practical assessments in a realistic working environment will take place throughout the course.
Tools/Materials/Books
Materials will cost £TBC. Candidates will need a white overall for practical work and low, plain heeled shoes. There are specific books required for the course. Selection will be shown at the start of the course and approximately £20.00 should be set aside for this purpose.
