Private Lettings/Hire

Weymouth College can offer a wide range of facilities to hire for private or commercial events – anything from meetings and training sessions to sports events and children’s parties!

Our facilities for hire include:

• Large sports hall suitable for badminton, short tennis, basketball, netball, volleyball, five-a-side football and more, or large conferences/exhibitions, or children’s birthday parties complete with bouncy castle
• Fitness studio with Bluetooth sound system, wall-mounted TV with HDMI connectivity, air conditioning, fitness equipment and mirrored wall, also available for meetings or small functions
• Full sized Dorset Premier League standard 11-a-side football pitch with enclosed standing area
• Large grass area available for outdoor event hire
• Theatre with tiered seating for an audience of up to 220, two stages, backstage dressing rooms, lighting and sound facilities, plus separate bar
• Dance and music studios
• Restaurant with bar and professional kitchens
• Large and versatile function rooms
• Exhibition spaces
• Lecture theatres
• Meeting rooms / board rooms
• Classrooms / training rooms

Venues tailored to your needs

We can tailor facilities to meet the requirements of each event. Our Lettings team will work with you and staff across the College to provide the necessary technical equipment, tables/chairs, in-house catering and ensure your event runs smoothly.

Parking and Transport Hire

We have large car parking facilities, including disabled parking and electric vehicle charging spaces.

We also offer private hire of our fleet of modern, comfortable 53-seat coaches and 16-seat minibuses, with experienced drivers – find out more here.
