The courses we offer will enable you to improve your skills and/or gain a nationally recognised qualification at a level that is suitable for you from Entry Level to Level 2.
The courses are free for over 18s who would like to update their skills and/or gain qualifications.
They are suitable for people who may not have been in learning since school and want to update their skills. There are courses at all levels of ability and they are delivered in a relaxed, informal style!
Course Content
English some of the skills you will study include:
- Writing – planning and composing letters, articles, emails etc
- Reading – applying reading techniques to answer questions
- Speaking and listening – discussions, presentation and role play
