We continue to make improvements to the campus to provide students with the very best learning opportunities.

Student services

Weymouth College prides itself on the support that it gives to students. The Student Services Team provides information, help and support at every stage, sensitively and in confidence. The team works closely with teaching staff and personal tutors to ensure an effective support system for each student, according to individual needs.

Student life in Weymouth

Weymouth is a special place to experience college life. It offers a unique setting on the World Heritage Coast, a vibrant social scene and a great sense of community.

Street markets, food fairs, music and arts festivals, leisure centres, cinemas, excellent restaurants and the many leisure opportunities available in Weymouth and Portland’s stunning Olympic waters – including swimming, sailing, kayaking and paddle boarding – all make Dorset a truly great and inspiring environment in which to study.

The historic harbourside area has undergone regeneration in recent years and supports a ‘café culture’ with many outdoor events.
