What happens if my GCSE grades are not as good as I hoped for?

If you have applied to Weymouth College and your GCSE results are not as good as you hoped, don’t worry.  You can discuss all of your options with the tutor for your course when you come in to the College to enrol in late August – you should receive an invitation for this in the next couple of weeks.

But if you do want to talk to someone on results day (August 20th) please ring us on 01305 761100 we will be available from 10.30am – 3.30pm.

 

Enrolment August 2020 – an update

We are in the process of planning our enrolment to ensure that it adheres to social distancing measures and government guidance. All students will be notified of the arrangements in due course. Starting a course with us in September 2020?

With school closures, exam cancellations and things changing hourly and daily – you may well be wondering if your offer to study at Weymouth College in 2020/21 is still in place.

It is!

If you have applied for one of our courses and have had your interview and been offered a place – then that place is there for you.

 

Preparatory work for all courses for students starting at Weymouth College this September    

All students starting at Weymouth College this September are encouraged to complete the preparatory work for their course, ready for their enrolment interview with us in August. Click here for details.

If you have any questions about the work you can email peter_vowles@weymouth.ac.uk  who will forward your question to your course tutor at Weymouth College.

Your school is very keen for you to complete the preparatory work and may have contacted you already about this.  

Still looking to apply for a course?

If you are still looking to apply for a course this September– just visit the website www.weymouth.ac.uk – search for the course you are interested in and apply online. We will then contact you with arrangements for an interview which may be by telephone.

Please do continue with the study plans your school have arranged for you – the work you are doing now will put you in a strong position when you start your studies with us here at Weymouth College.
