Enrolment at Weymouth College for the 2024/25 year will take place between August 23rd to September 6th.
You should now have received an email inviting you to enrol online via our Enrolment Portal, where you will find the date/time for your personal Welcome Appointment. It is important that you log in now and confirm you will be able to attend.
To log in to the Enrolment Portal, you will need two pieces of information, which can be found in your email:
- Student Reference Number: <sturef>
- One time use security code: <one time code>
You will find the answers to all your questions in our secure Enrolment Portal, together with details of the documents you will need to bring to College for the welcome appointment in person.
It is extremely important that online enrolment is completed before you come in as we need to ensure that all personal information is accurate and up-to-date so everything is complete and ready for the welcome appointment at the end of August.

At your Welcome Appointment, you will have the opportunity to meet your tutors, complete enrolment forms, get your Student ID, and ask questions about:
- Your course
- Additional qualifications needed, e.g. Maths and English GCSEs
- Student finance
- Student support
- Transport

If you’re unsure of your next steps and need advice, our expert Careers & Guidance Advisors are on-hand to help. Walk-in appointments are available between 10am and 3pm from Tuesday 27th August to Friday 30th August.
We have a wide range of courses available, including full time, part time, apprenticeships and higher education to degree level.
Frequently Asked Questions from Applicants
When is my welcome appointment?
Personalised appointments are published in the online enrolment portal, details of which have been provided in the email sent to the applicant.
Applicants need to log on and view their appointment and either accept it to confirm attendance or decline and request a new appointment.
What if I am not able to make my welcome appointment and need to change it?
Applicants should decline the appointment through the online enrolment portal in order to request a new date.
I do not yet have my exam results to complete in the online portal, what should I do?
Wait until you receive the exam results, then add these to the portal.
Why do I need an ID card?
We issue all students and staff with a photo ID badge, which you need to access services, campus buildings and enter exams. You will be required to carry your ID at all times.
Safeguarding at Weymouth College
We have an experienced team of safeguarding officers, all highly qualified who offer confidential expert advice. Some of the team are based in the Student Support office just off the main reception.
If you have any concerns over any safeguarding issues, don’t hesitate to get in touch with them. You will find safeguarding posters in each classroom and you can also find the safeguarding helpline number on the back of your ID badge.
What if I've changed my mind and don't want to enrol at Weymouth College?
If you have changed your mind and don’t want to enrol at Weymouth College you must let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your place to someone else.
If you don’t turn up to your welcome appointment and haven’t told us you’re not coming we will contact you to find out if you are still interested.
