Your Enrolment – begins here
As you have been offered a place at Weymouth College, you have been sent an enrolment letter with a link to this secure enrolment portal.
Please click ENROL NOW USING OUR SECURE PORTAL to complete your enrolment online. This will take you to your online enrolment dashboard. You will need to have at hand the enrolment letter we posted to you, as this contains the information you need to register with the portal.
REMEMBER – it is really important that you have completed your online enrolment prior to coming to your welcome appointment.
Our secure enrolment portal will tell you the date and time of your Welcome Appointment, when you will come to our site to meet with your tutor and discuss your course. Please try to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to check in.
What happens at my welcome appointment?
On arrival at our main Fleet reception:
You will be checked in by the Admissions team and proceed to have your identification checked. If we have asked you in the enrolment portal to bring your certificates, we’ll check those at the same time before you go on to meet with your tutor for your Welcome Appointment. Our Admissions desk will be open from 8.30am each weekday morning during enrolment completion and will close at 4.30pm. Please do not try and check in outside these hours as the desk will not be open, and please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your appointment.
Next you will meet with your course tutor to discuss course expectations and any support needs, as well as key dates and any materials or uniform/equipment you will need as part of your course.
We will need to discuss any mandatory English and maths qualifications you need to undertake as part of your studies if you are aged under 19.
You will have your photo taken ready to receive your student ID card.
Finally, we will send an electronic copy of your Learning Agreement to you for signing. Once you have signed, you are fully enrolled and ready to start!
