Train the Trainer

Delivered through the Dorset Training Academy, this two-day course is suitable for those who want to enhance their approach to training and the education of others in their organisation.

The course will enable learners to gain a fundamental understanding of the roles & responsibilities of a trainer and build confidence, develop presentation & teaching skills and deliver 1-2-1 & group training.

During the Train the Trainer course, learners will complete the VARK learning styles questionnaire that will help them discover what kind of learner they are and how they can apply this knowledge to enhance their own teaching sessions.
