Support Teaching & Learning in Schools - Intermediate Apprenticeship
This qualiﬁcation will enable learners to develop the knowledge and skills needed when supporting teaching and learning in primary, secondary or special schools. It covers a wide range of areas including children and young people’s development, supporting those with disabilities or special educational needs and communication and professional relationships.
GSCE Grade D/3 or above in English, Maths & ICT or Functional Skills Level 1 in English, Math’s & ICT. Functional Skills English, Maths & ICT can be completed during the apprenticeship if required and upon successful completion of initial assessment. Applicants will also be assessed individually for suitability. Work placement must be in-situ before the apprenticeship starts. This can be found by either yourself and/or Weymouth College.
