This half day course is designed for business leaders considering succession planning as a tool for managing business continuity, retaining key talent and to future-proof their business.
Following a number of key questions that need to be addressed when developing a succession strategy. The following key issues will be addressed:
- Using a PESTL analysis to anticipate and predict customer and employee expectations
- A.R method of selecting staff with the potential for promotion
- Identifying and communicating with identified successors
- Staff development and equal opportunities at every level
The course will last for 3 hours and will be delivered at the Cranford Avenue College site. Free parking is available and refreshments will be provided during the session.
