Motorcycle Maintenance & Repair Level 3 City and Guilds Diploma
To provide a good understanding of Motorcycle Maintenance & Repair Systems, using theory and practical sessions.
You will need to have successfully completed the Motorcycle Maintenance & Repair Level 2 course, or have suitable Industrial experience. Selection is by interview with the course tutor.
Students will work within the standards studying the following Level 2 units totally 79 points: Agree Customer Needs Contribute to Workplace Good House Keeping Ensure own actions reduce risks to Health & Safety Maintain positive working relationships Inspect Vehicles Diagnose & Rectify Vehicle Engine Systems and Component Faults Diagnose & Rectify Vehicle Chassis Systems and Component Faults Fuel – Ignition Exhaust Systems
How will I be assessed?
Practical and Theory examinations.
On successful completion of the Motorcycle Maintenance & Repair Level 3 you can progress onto the workshop management programme at Level 4.
Students are required to purchase a text book. Overalls and safety boots must be worn when in the Workshop.
