Delivered through the Dorset Training Academy, this half day course is designed for managers and staff who are feeling under pressure due to having multiple responsibilities and a large volume of work.

Participants will be encouraged to bring real life situations and examples to work through during the session.

The subjects covered in this session include the following:

  • Prioritisation strategies and tools
  • Managing interruptions and changing priorities
  • Stephen Covey’s 4 ‘D’s
  • Saying ‘yes’ to the person ‘no’ to the task

The course will last for 3 hours and will be delivered at the Cranford Avenue College site. Free parking is available and refreshments will be provided during the session.
