In Short

The Improving Operational Performance framework incorporates three pathways (Performing Engineering Operations Level 2, Performing Manufacturing Operations Level 2 and Business Improvement Techniques Level 2) that equip apprentices with the basic skills and knowledge
to carry out a range of engineering and manufacturing processes at semi-skilled and operator level.

Entry Requirements

GSCE Grade D/3 or above in English & Maths or Functional Skills Level 1 in English & Maths. Functional Skills English & Maths can be completed during the apprenticeship if required and upon successful completion of initial assessment. Applicants will also be assessed individually for suitability. Work placement must be in-situ before the apprenticeship starts. This can be found by either yourself and/or Weymouth College.
