Customer Awareness and Communication Training
This qualification is aimed at anyone who wishes to enter into, or develop existing ties within, any industry position that is customer-facing. This course will look at improving general understanding of how industry and customers look at the world, and how shared awareness improves communication between these groups. It is ideal for both newcomers and industry veterans for deepening their understanding of how best to work with customers both internally and externally.
This is a half day course, designed for any customer-facing industry. It is delivered at the Cranford Avenue College site, with free parking available on site.
