Catering and Hospitality Skills
This training programme is founded on select units from the Level 2 Diploma in Hospitality and Catering, with these units being studied while in the workplace. This course is ideal for anyone seeking to gain a foothold in catering and hospitality as a career, teaching invaluable skills to make a difference in this field, or for long-time employees in this field, to fortify and expand their repertoire of skills within their career.
There several units available to learners to choose a maximum of 3 from. Course length varies, but is normally achieved within 8 weeks. Popular units include:

- Serve alcoholic and soft drinks
- Serve food at the table
- Prepare and serve hot drinks using specialist equipment
This course is delivered via work based assessment.
