Building Emotional Resilience
Delivered through the Dorset Training Academy, this 3-hour course is designed to provide staff with practical tools which can be used within the workplace to improve emotional regulation, provide safe outlets for stress, improve relationships and develop mental clarity.
Mental health impacts on an employee’s physical health, work motivation, loyalty and productivity. Evidence suggests that 12.7% of all sickness days in the UK are attributable to mental health. Providing Emotional Resilience training to employees has a direct impact on their ability to cope well with stress. By investing in this training, employers can boost company morale, reduce absenteeism and ultimately increase bottom line profit. It is estimated that in the UK alone, better mental health support could save businesses up to £8 billion per annum.
