Welcome to Weymouth College. A browse through this Website will tell you all about us and what we have to offer our students, who come from near and far to study a wide range of programmes for further and higher education.
We have over 7,000 students from across Dorset, the South West of England, the rest of the UK as well as overseas. Weymouth College offers a diverse range of courses, excellent facilities and a team of highly dedicated and experienced staff who provide guidance and support as well as high quality teaching. The College is now based on an impressive redeveloped single campus at Cranford Avenue, just a stone's throw from the beach. We have purpose-designed facilities for construction, engineering, catering, hairdressing & beauty and art & design. Other curriculum areas such as media, performing arts have remodelled and refurbished accommodation.
Our modernised sports centre provides for a wide range of sporting activities for our students and other organisations. The extended library and Learning Gateway offers an excellent learning resource for students and the whole community. The new student restaurant and social area are second to none, together with the training restaurant and hairdressing & beauty salons - which are open to the public.
Weymouth College are able to provide modern buildings and facilities on one site to match its high reputation for education and training and excellent results. The College's emphasis is on the needs of the individual learner.
