A Level 1 or 2 qualification in Health & Social Care is designed to enable you to enter employment at a trainee or apprenticeship level or to progress onto a level 3 qualification. The Level 3 qualification allows you to progress into employment, continue training and apprenticeships in the workplace, or move on to university for training in nursing, social work, education and other related professions. Previous students have gained places on degree courses such as BA (Hons) Community Work, BSc in Adult Nursing or Social Work at a range of institutions such as Bournemouth University and Southampton University.
