About Weymouth

Weymouth is a friendly and safe coastal town located on the south west coast of England, with a population of around 52,000 people.

The College is situated a few hundred metres away from the beautiful Jurassic coast which is a United Nations World Heritage site.

Weymouth and Portland is the venue for the sailing events of the 2012 Olympic games.

Weymouth College is conveniently located close to the town centre, rail and bus station and all amenities the town can offer. Dorset itself offers an interesting and ancient coastline in addition to fascinating rural areas which can be explored.

Train

The local train station situated in the Weymouth town centre is a terminus station - meaning Weymouth is the last stop on the line. South West Trains - First Great Western to and from Bristol and to and from London Waterloo.
