In Hospitality you will be supported in your quest to become the next Jamie Oliver or Gordon Ramsay by our professional, enthusiastic and knowledgeable chef lecturers and support staff. Likewise our Travel and Tourism team are professionals from the industry who deliver high quality teaching and learning to those students looking forward to becoming instrumental in the development of The World of Travel into the next decade and beyond.

Successful achievement on one or more, of our vocational courses will lead to a wide spectrum of exciting employment opportunities in Hotels, Restaurants, Kitchens, Travel Agents, Airlines, Holiday Resorts and even Olympic Stadiums.
