Engineering

Within the wide boundaries of the engineering profession, there are thousands of challenging activities in areas such as research, development, design, manufacture and operation of products and services.
Career Prospects
Working you way through the levels will give you the skills that are required within the industry and help you to gain employment or a Modern Apprenticeship or move on to Higher Education.
Automotive
If you are interested in learning about how motor vehicles and motorcycles work then our courses in this area are ideal for you. You’ll be taught by qualified teachers with lots of experience so you can be sure what you’ll be learning will be relevant and they’re really friendly and supportive too.
Career Prospects
After successfully completing Level 3 you can study a wide range of degree options at university or take a Higher National Certificate/Diploma course or gain employment in a chosen field of the engineering industry. Students have moved on to degrees such as BEng (Hons) Mechanical Engineering and BEng (Hons) Aerospace Engineering at institutions including the University of Sheffield.
