If you are interested in studying at Weymouth College then we encourage you to visit us to view our facilities and discuss your options. The College Open Events are ideal for those who need additional information to make up their minds about which course level or subject area to study.

You can gather information on courses, qualifications, student finance, College bursaries and transport to College. You can have a chat with our staff, tour the College, experience tasters of courses and watch demonstrations.

Our next Open Event will be an Adult Learning Open Event for 18+ on Tuesday, 26th March.

School Visit Days

We run days at the College specifically for school students so that they can get a feel for college life and further educational opportunities. If you wish to find out more about these events or register your students then please email peter_vowles@weymouth.ac.uk

Higher Education Centre Weymouth – Visit Days

You can arrange a 1-1 visit to the Higher Education Centre Weymouth at any time throughout the year. We can arrange for you to talk to the course lecturers, tour the facilities and get a taster of what it is like to study on your degree of choice.

Interview Evenings

Once you apply for a course you may be invited to interview. Applicants will be called to interview by their prospective department before the start of the new term.

 

Visit the College

You are welcome to visit the College at anytime throughout the year. We can arrange tours of the College and the opportunity to talk to a knowledgeable lecturer in the subject area of your choice. If you are not sure what qualification or subject to study you can arrange a meeting with our Guidance and Career’s Advisors to talk through your options.
